We use only the finest grade of materials ( 316L SURGICAL STEEL
BODY JEWELRY, .925 STERLING SILVER JEWELRY AND LIGHT 14K GOLD ITEMS)
and should arrive in flawless condition. Please select carefully,
all sales
are final. Returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances.
-The item received is defective, broke during shipping.
-The item received is not what you ordered.
In any case you must notify us within 1 week of
order receipt to request a Return Authorization Number.
Under no circumstances returns be accepted without prior authorization
or after the a week of receiving your product. All the product must
be returned within 10 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number.
Jewelry items are sold in clean condition, but are not sterile.
Please follow proper procedures for jewelry cleaning and after care
of new piercing. Body piercing should be done by a body piercing
specialist operating within the regulations of the responsible local
agencies.
